Terms of Service

By using WipeTimer (the website) or RustSpy (the iOS app, together “the Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

WipeTimer is a free web tool offering a Rust force-wipe countdown and a raid cost calculator. RustSpy is an iOS app that tracks publicly available Rust player activity via the BattleMetrics public API.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios, BattleMetrics, Valve, or any server operator. “Rust” is a trademark of its respective owner.

• Use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Don’t use the Services to harass, stalk, dox, or coordinate real-world targeting of any individual. Player tracking is limited to in-game publicly available activity.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Services or their data.
• Don’t attempt to bypass subscription gates, manipulate in-app purchases, or exploit the app.

RustSpy offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly and Monthly plans) that unlock unlimited player tracking, clans, and alerts.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods except where required by law. Refund requests for Apple payments must be made through reportaproblem.apple.com.

The free tier of RustSpy is limited (currently: 3 tracked players, 1 tracked server, no clans). These limits can change at any time. Upgrading to Pro removes them.

Player data comes from the BattleMetrics public API. We don’t control its accuracy or availability. Our Services may fail or return incomplete data if third-party APIs go down.

Purchases are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat. Their respective terms apply.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee accuracy of wipe times, raid calculations, predictions, or player data. Don’t make real-world decisions depending on these — they’re informational tools only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew through Apple until cancelled.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated date.
