What is a force wipe in Rust?
A force wipe is a mandatory server reset pushed by Facepunch every month. All player bases, items, and progress are wiped, and a new game map is generated. Servers must apply the update to run correctly.
What's the difference between force wipe and weekly wipe?
Force wipe (monthly) wipes everything including blueprints on BP-enabled servers and forces a map update. Weekly wipes (every Thursday) only reset the map and items — blueprints are often kept.
